HiMatch
One flow from room setup to final share
To use HiMatch, you first create a match room. During setup you enter the venue, match format, and candidate times.
The invite link does not open randomly. The organizer saves their own availability first, then players use the invite link to submit their times and preferences.
1. Prepare the match room
Start from the homepage or detailed setup page, then enter the room name, venue, match format, and candidate times.
- Venue and notes
- 5v5, 6v6, 7v7, 8v8, or 11v11
- Required candidate time selection
2. Collect availability
After the organizer marks their own availability, the invite link opens. Players sign in with their name from the link.
- Time grid after the login gate
- Optional PIN to protect a name
- Team and position preference
3. Share the final plan
The overlap table shows the strongest times. The organizer picks the final kickoff, adjusts teams, and shares the match summary.
- Final time label
- White and red teams
- WhatsApp and calendar sharing

Usage questions
Do I have to choose times before creating a room?
Yes. HiMatch requires at least one candidate time during room setup, so players see real options when they open the link.
Why does the organizer save availability first?
The organizer is part of the match too, so their availability belongs in the final table. The invite link unlocks after this step.
What can players choose?
Players can choose available times, team preference, and position. Position options are goalkeeper, defence, midfield, and forward.
What happens after the final time is selected?
The organizer moves to the team screen, edits player teams and positions, then shares the final match summary.
Try it with one match room
